About the NEO
The everyday smart charger. 7 or 22 kW, single or three phase, tethered with a 5 m Type 2 cable or untethered with a socket only. WiFi + BLE as standard, or 4G with your own SIM. OLED display, MID Class B metering, dynamic load balancing, and IP55 weatherproofing for indoor or outdoor walls. Add the optional SC Kit and it charges from surplus solar.

It covers a standard install with the charger mounted within 10 metres of your switchboard, provided your switchboard does not need upgrading. An installer calls to verify your setup before install day. If anything needs extra work, it is quoted separately before anything proceeds.
NEO charges any EV with a Type 2 socket, the standard on cars sold in Australia today. A small number of older models use a Type 1 inlet; those are flagged on the brand pages, and we confirm the exact setup before you order.
7 kW runs on standard single-phase home power. 22 kW needs a three-phase supply at the property. Either way, your car's on-board charger caps the actual charging speed. The compatibility tool shows what each model can take.
Add the SC Kit and NEO charges from your surplus solar automatically: no home battery and no rewiring. It is configured and paired on install day.
