Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms apply to purchases from Evygen Pty Ltd (ACN 698 941 589) through evygen.com.au. They describe the supply of charging hardware, accessories, delivery and any turnkey installation arrangement selected at checkout.
1. Products and orders
Product descriptions, images, compatibility information and prices are provided for the relevant product listing. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and Evygen confirms the order. We may contact you if a product, price or delivery detail needs to be corrected before dispatch; you may cancel the affected order for a refund if the correction materially changes what you ordered.
2. Payment, title and risk
Payment is processed through the checkout provider shown at checkout. Title to supplied goods passes to you after Evygen receives cleared payment. Risk in the goods passes when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided, or to your nominated carrier where you arrange collection or delivery.
3. Delivery across Australia
Evygen dispatches charging units and accessories to Australian delivery addresses using a courier or other delivery service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and can be affected by the address, regional service availability, weather, transport interruptions or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for the current schedule.
4. Installation arrangements
Where installation is purchased, Evygen coordinates the verification call, scope confirmation and booking with an appropriately licensed and accredited Australian electrical contractor. The contractor confirms the installation requirements before work starts. Electrical work is completed in accordance with applicable state or territory requirements, and the applicable electrical safety or compliance certificate is issued after completion.
The published installation price covers only the scope confirmed for the selected standard installation. Switchboard upgrades, longer cable runs, structural work, access equipment and other additional work are quoted separately and require your approval before they are performed.
5. Cancellations and changes
You may request an order change or cancellation before dispatch. Installation cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy. A change to the delivery address or installation scope may change timing or price. We will confirm any additional amount before charging it.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
For a supply that is not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, and only to the extent permitted by section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for a qualifying failure may be limited to replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the reasonable cost of doing so; for services, it may be limited to supplying the services again or paying the reasonable cost of having them supplied again. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit it.
7. Use of the website
You must provide accurate order and delivery information and use the products in accordance with the supplied instructions and applicable electrical safety requirements. Website content may change as products, stock and service coverage change. Nothing on the website replaces advice from a licensed electrician about a particular property.
8. Contact and governing law
Contact us at support@evygen.com.au about an order, delivery or installation. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian state or territory where the relevant supply occurs.
Legislative reference: Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Law).
