Mercedes-Benz home charging questions

The things Mercedes-Benz owners ask us most, answered straight.

How much does it cost to install a charger for my EQ?

Fixed price, locked before booking. The verification call confirms switchboard and cable run, and that price covers the whole job.

How long does it take to charge an EQA at home?

The EQA, EQB, EQE, and EQS all draw 11 kW on three-phase, gaining up to 69 km of range per hour from the NEO. Overnight, every model is full.

Does the EQS need a bigger charger than the EQA?

No. Both take the same Type 2 connection at the same 11 kW. The bigger battery just uses more of the night.
