Audi compatibility
Every Audi inlet is Type 2
NEO ships with a tethered Type 2 cable, so it plugs straight into the Audi charge port. Which power variant suits your model comes down to its on-board AC charger, shown below.
Audi Q4 e-tron

- Type 2
- On-board AC rate
- 11 kW three-phase
- Range per hour
- ≈69 km
Audi Q6 e-tron

A car never charges faster than its own on-board charger, no matter how big the wallbox is. On-board charger figures above are manufacturer specifications and are confirmed for your exact build on the verification call before anything is booked.
Audi home charging questions
The things Audi owners ask us most, answered straight.
How much does it cost to install a home charger for an Audi?
- You get one fixed price covering the whole install, locked before anything is booked. The verification call confirms your supply first.
How long does it take to charge a Q4 e-tron at home?
- The Q4 e-tron, Q6 e-tron, and e-tron GT all draw 11 kW three-phase, gaining up to 69 km of range per hour from the NEO, an easy overnight full charge.
Is the e-tron GT different to charge at home?
- Not for AC charging: it uses the same Type 2 inlet and the same 11 kW rate as the rest of the range. A charger rated above 11 kW does not make it faster, because the car tops out at 11 kW.
